The only utilities not included in rent are electric and internet. Internet is currently $60/month, and electricity fluctuates with the heat. The most recent electric bill this summer was well under $50. There is a standing washer/dryer unit in the apartment.

Lease states that pets may be allowed with written approval from the landlord.

Smoking is not allowed indoors, but there is a porch off of the living room. The porches and siding of the apartment are currently being redone, but construction should be finished within a few weeks.

There is one shared parking space, as well as multiple guest parking spaces in the lot, and lots of street parking. I’ve never had any issue finding convenient parking.

Within walking distance to lots of restaurants on Front Street in Issaquah. Easy access to I-90.

I am a pastry chef who works primarily in the afternoon. Most of my free time is spent cooking, watching movies, playing video games, taking care of plants, and the occasional crafty project. I am open minded to all kinds of people and lifestyles.

My current roommate is looking to move out between August 1st and September 1st, so move-in date may be flexible.

I don’t currently have any pets, but I love animals and would love having one around!
