Looking for a motivated male roommate to share my 1 bedroom apartment with in University Place. Perfect way for us to both save some money. Tons of privacy since I work a lot and stay busy. In the past I’ve had semi social roommates where we’d occasionally watch a movie or cook together etc…. Prefer someone I can talk to/be friends with versus someone who never talks.
