Property is a 2 BR, 2 BA home, can come furnished. 1st month’s rent and deposit is $8000; After the month, rent is $3000 for each tenant. Any unforeseen costs will be relayed. Property is beautiful and quiet, close to a local Mexican eatery, with easy access to the local trolley or an uber ride. Los Angeles is a short hour-ride away. Property is furnished, but all items can be replaced. Feel free to use the covered parking space.

I am a quiet, laid-back individual with love for the outdoors, the ocean, and community. I love to learn new things, and explore the variety of different cultures, and food! Every opportunity I have to cook, travel, eat, and help another individual is the absolute best experience. I hope to continue to do this, and to pay it forward.

Professionally, I am a public health nutritionist, currently enrolled in the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine’s program, Tropical Nursing, with hopes to give back to the communities of my India, Nepal, and Vietnam.
