This is a small front-facing room with an adjacent bathroom. It has a small fridge and a new single bed (which can be removed if desired). This home provides a quiet and peaceful environment for study and quiet enjoyment. Drugs, alcohol, animals, smoking and overnight guests are not permitted. The room is available the last week of May, or the first of June if preferred. If you are currently in Redding, you are welcome to arrange a visit to see the home after May 15th when the current has departed.

I am a single, female homeowner with a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. I am a quiet, faithful, academic person with a 60+ hour per week work schedule. I am heterosexual but am comfortable and respect LGBQ persons.
