Kadra's room

This is a 2 level townhome with convenient walking location to Sloans Lake, Edgewater Public Market, Target, King Soopers, Food, small bars, etc. The kitchen, living room, dining room, and half bath are located upstairs while both bedrooms, washer & dryer, and full bath are located downstairs. I am open to renting out either room -one room is smaller (8.5×11ft) with a smaller closet. The small room will also come with a smaller mounted TV and 2 floating shelves if you want them. The master is (13x13)? with a bigger closet and access to the full bath from the room. I am currently in the master. We would each have our own bathrooms but would need to share the shower (1.5bath) Both rooms have king beds in them for size reference

Here’s the breakdown on cost - Smaller room: 1000$ for the room including all utilities and streaming services OR 1100$ if you would like the upstairs desk space. I would move my desk to my room since the room is larger Or Larger room: 1400$ a month all utilities included, and theres space for a desk in the room if you’re WFH. I would then move to the smaller room and keep my work space upstairs.

Last option: the whole place can be taken over with a 60day. At that point a 2400$ deposit and first month’s rent would be due! Base is 2400$ a month and the upstairs is furnished!

I’m 26 and work from home! I have an 8 year old border collie named Rouzy 🐾 she’s super smart and very sweet. She still has a bunch of energy but is getting older/less tolerant to hyper or no personal space animals, so we’ll have to have a pet intro!

A little about me - I enjoy reading, painting, game nights, going out to eat, sports, and occasional drinking. I’m not a huge drinker anymore and the downton denver scene is no longer something I enjoy 😅 I dont mind at all if that’s your thing! I occasionally -like once a month- will go out and try new bars/events but I wanna be home by midnight w my dog 😂 im a homebody and more antisocial, so you’ll find that I’m quiet and keep to myself most of the time!
