There are currently 4 people (including myself) living at the property. Property is a 5 bdrm/2.5 bath single family home. Rental includes a private room with a key lock to the door, a shared restroom and shared common spaces. Rental includes all of the amenities you would need with a full kitchen, dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator, large pantry, plenty of cookware, grill, storage closets, laundry room, street parking, etc.

No Pets No Smoking

There are currently 4 people living at the property (including myself). We’re all young working professionals. I am a project manager/mechanical engineer at an MEP engineering firm. One of the tenants also works at the same MEP firm, one works as a zookeeper at the Central Florida zoo and last tenant works as a pest control agent. We like outdoor activities on the weekends including hiking, going to the beach, volleyball, biking, etc. We’re all very clean and respectful and like to travel whenever possible!
