There are currently 4 people living at the property (including myself). We’re all young working professionals. I am a project manager/mechanical engineer at an MEP engineering firm. One of the tenants also works at an MEP firm, one works in healthcare sales and the last tenant works as a dental tech assistant. We like outdoor activities on the weekends including hiking, going to the beach, volleyball, biking, etc. We’re all very clean and respectful and like to travel whenever possible!
