w/d in garage, street parking, private bath, private room, rent period: monthly. I’m looking for one reliable, neat, respectful person to share this nice 2 bedroom house I am renting. It has 2 baths, so you will have your own bathroom with tub/shower. Available now. The bedroom size is 12x12 with a nice size closet. The house has stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer/dryer, TV in living room, microwave, covered front porch, back patio with large outside table, big BBQ grille. Please have previous rental references and proof of current employment, there is no application fee. I have a super well behaved dog age 12 years, so you must not mind a dog. I am easygoing and get along with most people, looking for the same. Rent is $1575/month all inclusive. One month ($1575) security deposit required. All utilities and wi-fi included. Street parking only. No smoking and no vaping inside the house. Month to month lease. Small dog may be considered.
