Looking for a Roomate to Share 2 BR/2 Bath House in Serra Mesa…$1400/month.

w/d in garage street parking private bath private room rent period: monthly I’m looking for one reliable, responsible, neat, respectful person to share this nice 2 bedroom house I am renting. It has 2 baths, so you will have your own bathroom with tub/shower. Available August 1, 2023 or possibly sooner, please contact me to see if we can arrange an earlier move-in date. The bedroom size is 12x12 with a nice size closet. There is a spare room for storage and there are some storage shelves available in garage. House has stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer/dryer, TV in living room, microwave, covered front porch, back patio with large outside table, big BBQ grille. Please have previous rental references and proof of current employment, there is no application fee. I have a super well behaved dog age 10 years, so you must not mind a dog. Landlord does not want any other dogs or cats, sorry. I am easygoing and get along with most people, looking for the same. Rent is $1400/month plus your share of the gas/electric bill averages $100/month, will be less once the owner installs solar panels. One month ($1400) security deposit required. Water and wi-fi are included. Street parking only in a nice neighborhood. No smoking inside the house. Month to month lease.
