Looking to rent a spare unfurnished bedroom with an insuite bathroom on the bottom floor. Does not include a parking spot in the garage and will be street parking in the area.
Located on the top of Communication Hill, close to the Great Staircase. 5 minute drive to the Capitol Lightrail station, 15 minutes to Downtown San Jose.
Level 1: Bedroom, Garage, Laundry Room Level 2: Kitchen, Living and TV Room Level 3: Master Bedroom (occupied by me) and 2 other bedrooms (one tenant occupied, other bedroom won’t be rented out)
No pets allowed, utilities will be split. Willing to do a 3, 6, or 12 month lease.
About the roomies
Early 30s, single male. I am the current owner of the property. Currently have 2 cats that live with me. There is one other tenant currently living in the upstairs bedroom.
