Hunt Club Drive

This is a 3 bed, 2.5 bath Townhome. You will have your own room with medium sized closet and full bathroom with linen closet, plus share the rest of the house with me. The house features a large living room, a recently remodeled “chef styke” kitchen, all new appliances, downstairs powder room, huge pantry, smarthome, a large deck, some storage space, private parking, central air and of course, heat. All utilities are included, including wifi. My house is located on the edge of Collegeville, closer to Oaks. This is a very pretty and extremely safe neighborhood. The neighborhood backs up to the Schuylkill walking/bike trail, you dont even need to drive there. I am literally minutes from routes 422, 23 and 29. I am also only 10 minutes or less to King of Prussia and routes 202, 76 and the Penna TP. The house is fully furnished with the exception of your room. If this is an issue, I do already have furniture picked out that fits in there perfectly. I could just speed up that process if necessary. I have recently re-done a few rooms in house, but was waiting on the guest bath and guest room as they were not used. I have painted the ceilings in both rooms and would just have to get a coat of paint on the walls. Otherwise, they are all ready to go.

I’m looking for someone to share my townhouse with for the next 12-18 months. I am an extremely clean and neat person. I keep the house clean and (mostly) organized. I’m usually doing some improvement project. I work full time (sometimes from home) and am usually up pretty early. That being said, I’m not a party person or a barfly…I’m also NOT looking for that in a roomate. I can’t have someone coming in at all hours of the night on a regular basis.

I do have medium sized very friendly dog who usually smells good and I keep his fur loss around the house to an absolute minimum. Some people think he doesn’t even shed 😂 Therefore, obviously, you should at least like dogs. That being said, perhaps unfortunately, one pet is enough for my house.
