The common loft area separates the two upstairs bedrooms providing added privacy. loft has a nice leather sofa and small 2-person dining table which is nice to hang out in to read, play games etc. Work full-time outside of the home.
About the roomies
Roomie #1 is a hairstylist and works in Del Mar. Roomie #2 is a full-time student and works as a social media manager for a health and wellness company. Roomie #3 has a handful of remote clients including working a per diem position at a health clinic. Everyone is easy going and quiet.
