Two roommates looking for a third!

Hi there! My name is Kaitlyn (34/F). My roommate is Thomas (25/M). Below is some information about each of us!

We are looking for a clean, noise conscious, smoke/drug free, any gender roommate! We have already secured an apartment at Bacarra in Southwest Raleigh/27606. Private, unfurnished room with shared bath in a first floor three bedroom/two bath apartment. Move in as soon as July 8th! Rent is $610 plus utilities. We are asking for no pets or only hypoallergenic animals due to allergies.

Kaitlyn: Hi there! I’m a 34 year old woman who works in healthcare as a patient support specialist. I have a visual arts background and attended the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. Go Pickles! I am a very neat and tidy gal. I do work second shift so I am a bit of a night owl. I’m also a bit of a wine-o! I would really enjoy hanging out with my roomies from time to time, but also enjoy alone time to recharge.

Thomas: I am a down-to-earth young professional. My hobbies are improv, working out, volunteering at a crisis line, and hanging out with friends/my girlfriend. I tend to be a chill, yet very busy, person. I am very much an open book.
