Hello! Room Available August 1st! We’re looking for a female roommate age 30+. Unfurnished room for rent with shared bathroom in a beautiful spacious 3 bedroom townhome in great HB neighborhood that’s just a 10min. bike ride to the beach! Must have credit score of 750, make net income of $2950/month, pay rent & bills on time, not work from home, and gel well with the other 2 female roommates. This is not a party house. We do our socializing outside of the house. This is the perfect space to come home to unwind, relax, & recharge. The house has a calm & peaceful energy. We are active, always in and out, and looking for someone who is the same. No Pets. Room is for 1 person only. Washer & Dryer is in the house. Bills run between $60-$80/each per month. House cleaner comes to house once a month. Your portion of fee would be $25.
