University Avenue

The room is in a two bed two bath just across from CSU west campus. It would be great for a student, but is also walking distance from all the restaurants on Elizabeth St, and a slightly further walk will get you to old town! You would be in the smaller room of the two, but I would pay about $50 more in rent than you (the smaller room is also the one with a bathtub in its bathroom!). The rent does not include utilities unfortunately, so I would say we might each expect to pay about $50 or more a month. Also unfortunately, no pets are allowed (unless they are a registered service animal of course). I don’t have a lot of furniture, so I was thinking we could go thrifting to get a couch and whatever else we might need, or you could bring your own if you already have some! Hi, I’m Lia (they/them pronouns)! I’m a graduate student in the anthropology program at CSU finishing up my masters this year. I enjoy art; drawing, painting, crocheting, really just creating anything with my hands. I’m a pretty quiet person, but I would also love to chill with a roommate and go out occasionally. I might have friends over every once in a while, but probably not frequently. I’m a pretty tidy person and I like to keep common areas relatively clean.
