Barry's room

I purchased this home in Manayunk a year or so ago. It’s a 5 min walk from the Whissahickon regional rail stop and less than 10 minutes from main st. You will have the entire third floor and share common areas with me. You’d also have your own bathroom, which is on the 2nd floor. There are also two parking spots out back. You would get to use 1.

I’m an attorney, Drexel Law grad. Vinyl nerd, and I enjoy going to shows, cycling, snowboarding and enjoying Philly’s restaurant scene. I’m very social and easygoing, but this is not a party house. I work a lot and I like having my house a quiet space.
