Lakeshia's room

This is a single family home, 3 bdrm, 2 bath. You will Have your own bedroom, and your own bathroom. The house is nestled in Gainesville, in a quiet neighborhood. You have access to the rest of the home. I keep my home clean and ask that you do the same. I have a pool table which you are welcome to use. There is a Gazebo in the back, that doesn’t get much use, since I work a lot, but you are welcome to it. There is also a deck on the front of the house which you are welcome to hang out on. No overnight guest please, as I am pretty new here and I value privacy. I don’t have many rules just be clean and pay your part of the rent on time. I work usually 11am til 9:30pm or earlier depends on my work day. I do tattoos, and nails, so if that offends you or bothers you, I am sorry it’s a hobby and another form of my income, but I don’t do it often as work dictates my schedule and availability for that. You are welcome to use the kitchen and washer but the dryer is being replaced. just please replace anything that might be running low, like detergent. I don’t go to the grocery often, because I work a lot, but when I do, I like to cook. Looking for a roommate that is quiet, clean, works, and is cool and laid back. I like to laugh and watch movies and have my wine from time to time. I don’t know many people so having a roomate would be cool. I will do a background check, but I understand everyone’s credit is not the same and we have all gone through things, so I will not do a credit check. You must have a car to live in this area, as walking is a nightmare, or you will have to uber to places.

I work alot, do nails, hair and tattoos, in my spare time. I do have two adult children that visit sometimes, not often but they are cool and laid back like me.
