Hello everyone I’m looking to sub lease my 1 bedroom apartment in Saint Petersburg . It’s 15 min from Tampa, 25 from the beach and 20 from downtown Saint Petersburg. . It’s a pretty big 1 bedroom with washer and dryer in house . There is a pool and gym next to the complex . It’s 1,700 a month you only pay electrical separate witch is about 100 a month . It’s located in “in let bay at gate way” next to gandy bridge on 4th st . The lease does end sep 19 but you can extend it if you would like . Message me if you are interested.
