Yong's room

Unfurnished room in King of Prussia area. Private bathroom for everyone. It’s a 5bed/3.5bath new construction house. All appliances are new. 3 floors. Living room/kitchen is on the first floor. Utility and internet is included in rent. Driveway can hold up to four cars and garage holds one. About 6-8 minute drive to the KoP mall.

Currently living with my girlfriend on the second floor. We’re in our early/mid 20s. I’m a IT engineer and she’s taking online college. We’re both introverted gamers and usually keep to our room. Very recently moved into the area from the west coast.

We’re looking for two roomies for the third floor. Third floor is 3 bed/2 full bath. The plan is for there to be a total of four people living in this house. Me, my girlfriend, and two roomies.

You can probably share the spare bedroom for storage. The third floor bedrooms are about 170 feet, 182 feet, and 210 feet. We’re both experienced with rooming up and just ask that you clean up after yourself.

We have no pets. No dogs or large pets. Small pets are ok as long as they’re potty trained. Feel free to reach out if you have questions.
