Furnished Bedroom: Included Bed & Mattress, end table, 6 built in dresser in bed, Very convenient walking distance to Walmart and Target. Guest can visit at a reasonable time. We do require a background check, credit check and 3 references; one must be your current employer. Preferably a student.

You will have access to kitchen, living room, backyard, your on designated area of refrigerator.
