Nice, friendly neighborhood! The building has 4 units and no upstairs neighbors above our unit. The room is 11x10’ with a 10x2.5’ closet and a large window with pull-down shade. Shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry, and garage/driveway parking space.

Hi! I’m Kaitlin, and am currently a master’s student at Dominican UoC studying Occupational Therapy. My current roommate is a classmate of mine, and is moving out due to financial changes. We both enjoy the space and how close it is to different highways for traveling around the bay area. We are the only 2 tenants in the unit, and the neighbors in other units are friendly and normally keep to themselves.
