Spencer Street

Looking to rent out my room in a 3 story townhome situated in Noda right in front of North Charlotte Park. The home is close to 36th Street and the main “downtown” area of Noda. Easy access to the light rail and all the shops/restaurants in the area. The kitchen, the living room, and a 1/2 bath are on the ground floor. The 2 main bedrooms and full bathroom are on the 2nd floor. And then a 3rd bedroom (which we use as a home office) is on the 3rd floor along with a large balcony that goes the full width of the apartment and overlooks the park and has a view of the Charlotte skyline.

My roommate is M29 and is a member of the Charlotte Gaelic ahletic club. He just took a new job that is fully remote, working from home but with an estimated ~40% travel. He spends most nights of the week at his girlfriends house.
