About the room
I share a 2 bed/2bath unit at Sofi Parc Grove (https://www.sofiparcgrove.com/) with a 25 year old female. I will be moving out of the master bedroom with private in-suite bathroom on Dec 1 and looking for someone to take my place (lease currently runs through August but can be extended). Washer&Dryer in unit, and many amenities (pool, fitness room, indoor basketball court, clubhouse, gazebo with grills etc). Awesome location downtown and right next to shopping, UConn campus, et al. The full rent is $2922+utils, but you and the current roommate could split everything in half.
About the roomies
Agustina works full time. She is very neat and tidy. She is a 25 year old female from Argentina (roomie profile #2942445) and speaks fluent Spanish as well as English.
