There will be a one year lease we would need to sign.

You would be living with me (F 36) and another person (F 25) who also has a small dog. We are tidy, responsible people and we hope you are the same.

Would need 1 months rent plus 1 months security deposit

If you are: -LGBTQ+ friendly -pet friendly (I have a small dog) -clean (we’ll have a chore chart) -don’t bring the party home (we can be social and have friends over but no ragers please) -420 friendly (but we can’t smoke in the apartment due to building policy, they’ll fine us) -no cats (roommate is allergic)

Also needed: -a credit score of 680 or higher (or have a guarantor) -income 40x the rent

There is a dishwasher in the unit. There is a pay washer and dryer in the building right next to the unit steps away.

About 5 blocks to the 2 and 5 trains at Beverly Rd

3 and a half blocks to the supermarket, grocery store. 4-5 blocks to places like Old Navy, Burlington, Taco Bell, the Gap

Unit is on the first floor. There is a small backyard area.

The room does not have a closet. Current roommates use clothing racks and they are able to fit their full size beds comfortably.

Utilities are additional. In the winter the electric bill comes out to about 150 per person due to heating. There’s also the internet that’s about $28 per person.

I am a laid back but responsible person. I work from home 2 out of the 5 days of the week. Otherwise I work in midtown Manhattan (M-W). My roommates and I chill from time to time but also give each other space to do our own thing, it’s a good dynamic and one I’d like to continue with my future roommates. I have a small dog named Alvin, he’s 15 years old. He’s a good boy.
