Dionne's room

The house is in a wonderful location one minute off Sir Francis Drake but also very quiet, private, and right down the street from the San Geronimo Valley post office, and Giaco’s (formally Two Bird Cafe), and the Pump. The shared space is big, open, and updated while still keeping a lot of charm and uniqueness. Laundry in the house and we have a large backyard. The room that is opening is off the living room right across from the wood-burning stove and has beautiful wood floors, a decent size closet, and a window overlooking swaying, sunlit bamboo. The room measures about 10x9 so may be best for someone who doesn’t mind a small footprint.

Terms are month-to-month with a 30-day notice so shorter stays are welcome. This is a dog-free property (unfortunately non-negotiable). We pay for electric and propane which averages about $150/month in the winter and less in the summer. We each pay around $13/month for wifi (we did recently switch providers so the price may change slightly). Move-in cost is rent plus 1.5x rent security deposit.

We have a room in a beautiful shared home in the valley opening July 1st. We are three women (and a kitty) in our late 20s and early 30s seeking a femme identified person around a similar age.
