Currently looking for an occupant for a beautifully furnished one bedroom, with its own closet, and private bathroom with extra storage available for Rent. This bedroom is on the third floor and shares no walls with any other rooms.

*NOTE: Currently, only renting to Females-apologies to any males reading this. No Couples.

The pictures are of the current furnishing in the different areas. The house comes with a fully furnished kitchen, brand new washer/dryer set, coffee machine, an enclosed lovely yard suitable for relaxing, and more. The garage space is available for rent (details to be discussed in person). Otherwise, there is ample street parking and parking next to the house. The house is nestled between Downtown Houston, the Texas Medical Center, the Museum District and major universities; and is walking distance to the Emancipation Park.

All Utilities and Household Expenses will be shared evenly among all occupants. These include high-speed Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, water, and trash collection.

Requirements:

• 6-month lease to start
• 1 month’s rent + deposit (1 month’s rent) required upon move-in
• $40 non-refundable background check
• Month-to-month option available for a small fee.

• Current housemate is a young biotech professional. Currently occupying the primary bedroom, on the third floor.
• Ideal Renter: easy going, willing to foster a cohesive, relaxing environment. Someone who can cohabitate with others: i.e., cleans up after themselves, is respectful of others, their space, and belongings, and is mindful of their noise levels.
