Looking for someone to take over my lease until it expires in September (then you can continue another lease). I am moving for a new job and will not be staying here until the end of the lease. Rent is $925/month per person.

The property is beautiful and close to the university, medical center, and the strip in Grandview. There is a private parking lot in the back and the place comes with a washing machine and dryer. I work at OSU Wexner and the place is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood which I like.
