The room have a walk-in closet one big window wear you can see the highway and the backyard with a 42“ tv one chair 1 queen size bed one long dresser and one tall dresser a door that lead into the Bathroom that have a window a sink and a toilet the only thing we have to shear a shower that’s downstairs you must take what you bring down to the shower back up to your room do not leave or use anything in my bathroom. You also have a sitting room with a big window a eating table with 2 chairs two dressers drawers to store your own food, dishes, or pots and pans away you also have a Microwave Mini Refrigerator and a coffee maker all of this are in the sitting room as you come up the stairs there is a Coat closet yes you do have a door 🚪 wear you go up the stairs.

All of this for $960 a month this price includes your Rent of $900 and Utilities of $60 = $960.00

Security deposit is for. When you leave my house and it don’t look the same as you came in. I will keep your $600. For damage or missing items.

You can not smoke weed in my house or outside of my home you can smoke Cigarettes outside only, Parking is on the street there will be no parking in my driveway, Please No guests are aloud to use the shower that we shear together all guests must wash up in your bathroom upstairs wear you sleeping at or go home to take a shower 🚿 ,You can have overnight guests stay over rarely not everyday and night, there will be no loud music Over top of my head on late nights. Yes I do have Rules in my house.

1.No alcoholics Social drinking is okay. 2. No Partying Going Out, partying is okay, 3. No weed smokers in or around my home. 4. No shearing are Shower with guests that stays overnight. 5. No Pets please, I already have a small dog in my home.

I’m very quiet that loves a clean house Especially my kitchen and my bathroom must stay clean at all time I don’t sit in my living room I’m usually in my bed room I stay on the first floor as you come into my home I don’t use my front door I always use the side door, I have a small little dog he only bark if someone at the door I also have a teen daughter she lives with her dad but she do come over here and there, I work day and night off on Saturday that’s my time to wind down with my R&B slow Jams and a glass of wine 🍷 and on Sunday I listen to my Gospels while cleaning my house I only social drink and smoke 🚬 Cigarettes outside, I do not smoke weed or like the smell of weed I take care of my home and I would like the same from my renter. No Excuse not to keep my upstairs clean at all times.
