THIS IS A ROOM RENTAL

Looking for a female (or a very clean and neat male) roommate to rent a room in this family house. Currently, we are a family (2 people) living here. We are renting either 1 small bedroom ($1200), 1 large master bedroom w/ private bath ($1500), or 1 basement room w/private bath ($1400). This is a shared kitchen, W/D, and Street parking. Dogs are allowed if under 30lbs and well-trained (no accidents) (+50 a month).

• 1 small bed - $1200
• 1 master - $1500
• 1 basement - $1400 (W/D located here and will need to be shared)
• Share Kitchen, W/D
• Nice backyard, dining room, and living room for sharing
• Dogs under 30lbs are allowed but must be very well trained - +$50/month
• No parties
• Plenty of street parking
• Utilities $75/month

We are a very quiet couple living here and we have a small dog that roams around the house.

Husband and Wife with a small Pomeranian. We are both pretty laid back. You are more than welcome to make conversation as much or as little as you like, your privacy is fully respected. We just ask for quiet time from 11 PM - 7 AM daily.
