Vickery Drive

Have a room for rent and looking for a roommate. It’s a nice apartment located about 10 mins from the airport, right off of beltway 8 close to 59. Has a full size washer and dryer in unit. Almost private bathroom besides sharing it with guests if any, theirs is almost never on my end, except my daughter. There is some storage space available and an in home gym. Rent will be $650 a month all bills included and is negotiable. I am looking for someone that is responsible for their rent, someone friendly that is able to communicate. I do travel often or try to so, you will have the apartment to yourself when I do. Can possibly discount rent if your willing to look after my dog while I travel. I am flexible and willing to work with you. I prefer a woman since I have a daughter. I’m also ok with single parents with kids.

I am a single male, work a lot, clean and tidy. I try to work as much as I can since I like to travel. I have a daughter who comes over every other weekend. I do have a small/medium friendly dog, a Schnauzer mix. I can possibly discount the rent if you are willing to watch my dog while I travel.
