About the room
Having to look for a new third to renew the lease after our current roomate is leaving firbschool. Rent is approx 750 per month per person including utilities and internet. A nice three bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bathroom apartment not too far from Federal plaza in rockville. Only a short walk to the metro with on site laundry, pool, and nearby shops and ammenities.
About the roomies
Spencer and James, two polite, quiet guys currently employed at Microcenter. We mostly keep to ourselves, maintain our own spaces and help out when something is needed. We each have our own geeky hobbies, such as weekly pen and paper rpg groups, and model kits. Spencer hopes to get a cat soon. Neither of us smoke.
