We have two unfinished bedroom with a private bathroom that will be available for rent on 7/12/2023. Rent $600 or $700 per month, depending on which bedroom. Utilities and wifi are included. Use of washer and dryer is also included, just coordinate with us so we don’t mixup any laundry. Use of kitchen and refrigerator is included. Again, just be courteous with our things.

Absolutely no pets. Streaming package (use of our Disney Plus Bundle, Netflix, and Prime Subscriptions) will be an additional $50/month.

Will require a $525 security deposit, which will be refunded if there are no damages and the bedroom and bathroom is cleaned during move out. Will need proof of employment also.

This is our first time doing this, so we’re looking for the right person. The area is a nice and quiet neighborhood. We are looking for people who will value our home and our things as much as we do.
