Home is new, well taken care of built in 2020. Tenants in bedrooms (2)11x12 will share bathroom. Tenants in master bedroom will have their own bathroom as well as walk in closet! Utilities will be split 33 1/3%, this will include water, electric, and internet! This is a great home with big back yard as well as porch. Garage will be off limits
