Victoria's room

Located in a very desirable, high end area of Fresno Bluffs. Neighborhood is great for jogging, walking and biking. The San Joaquin River is about a block away. Grocery stores, other eateries and GB Gym are walking distance. River Park and Villagio Shopping Centers, movie theatres are about 3 mi. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is serene and conducive to reading, resting, relaxing, etc. A large pool and large covered patio for your enjoyment in a tropical paradise. Your privacy will be highly respected. No drinking, no Drugs, no Vaping. No working out of home. No gig jobs. You have full access to kitchen for light cooking, laundry room and other common areas. Close to all Fresno Hospitals, as well as Valley Children’s, Clovis and FWY’s 41 and 99.

I am female, professional, have my own room and bathroom. The maximum will be 3 of us, which is you and at times another professional roommate. They may be of several professions, i.e. travel nurse, hospital resident, M.D., attorney, engineer and/or one of several other types of traveling professionals. The bthrm shared is between the two rooms, with only entry from hallway. It is a split bthrm which means toilet, shower, bathtub are separated by a door, with two sinks on the other part, so you have your own sink and cabinet space (see photo). There is a 3rd bthrm/shower on the opposite side of the house. I am often gone to the coast. Your privacy is highly respected. I mainly stay in my large bdrm. when I am home, since I have all that I need there. If you need to make conversation, ask questions or have any type of concern, I am also available.
