My apartment is a two bedroom one bath in a four unit complex on the second floor. My neighbors are pretty quiet and I haven’t had any problems with them. All shared living areas are fully furnished. There is a small shared storage unit and laundry on sight. Water is paid. Shared expenses include electric, wifi, and security system. We have cameras outside each door. Unfortunately no pets allowed. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and we haven’t had any issues. There is one shared covered parking space.

I’m 23 and I work full time as a hairstylist, I also coach volleyball. I’m pretty quiet and laid back! I have lived in the CDA/Hayden area my whole life.
