Prefer 1 adult/single parent/couple to sublet 2 rooms in my fabulous West End Alameda Queen Anne house over the next year but willing to rent rooms separately. Rent is $2250 for both rooms or $1500 and $850, plus shared utilities divided depending on number of people. Main bedroom is huge (over 18x12 with bay window) with large closet and small private bath. 2nd room is 8x10 and perfect for an office or child bedroom, or for someone without a lot of furniture. Off street parking, laundry, giant kitchen with 5 burner gas stove, full basement. The house can be fully furnished or room to accommodate your furniture if you have some. Primary Bedroom can be furnished with art deco vintage bedroom set of double bed, dresser and/or vanity if needed (not the furniture in the pictures). Pet friendly if they get along with mine.

Would be sharing with professional, Gen X mom, a small dog and a cat full time, +15 yo kid here half time. I am responsible and tolerant, looking for the same in a housemate.
