Single family home within walking distance (<1 mile) from Pentagon City and Crystal City. Private master bedroom (~13 feet x 13 feet) with private bathroom. Separate outside entrance to bedroom. Shared kitchen area and laundry (washer and dryer) space. Off-street parking available. On-street parking available with provided placard. Currently the room is unfurnished can be furnished if requested (bed, desk, tv cabinet). Currently looking for one-to-month or shorter lease but option for longer term.

Semi-retired in my 40s. Currently traveling quite a bit so only here part of the time right now. I am a quiet person and keep to myself.
