Lilia's room

Available for move-in August 2023. You must be LGBTQ friendly. You will be moving into the main en-suite. Private room, private full bathroom, and walk-in closet. You also get a space to setup your storage, office, or studio (tv/film editors, cinematographers, graphic designers, etc. welcome). The common area is shared. Well-behaved smaller trained dogs are welcome as long as they get along with the other dog in the home and don’t destroy any property. The complex has a pool, onsite laundry facility, locked gated entry, and secured mailboxes. There is an abundant amount of close street parking in the quiet neighborhood behind the building so you will never ever have an issue finding parking. You will see when you come to check the place out.

Your potential roommate is a performer (DJ, actor, host). She is an Asian & Latina LGBTQ artist. She loves sci-fi. She desires to live next to someone who is a good communicator, doesn’t host parties, and is mindful of their noise levels.
