We built a cottage behind our main house. Private furnished bedroom, your own bathroom and shared kitchen, living room. In unit washer/dryer.

This large upstairs bedroom has a mini split air-con/heater unit. Includes all utilities (water, sewer, garbage, recycling, compost, electricity, internet).

Private downstairs bathroom is a shower stall only with a full sized washer dryer unit.

Lovely garden, fire pit and serene neighborhood

Ample parking in front of house. We are a family with 2 large dogs, including a pit bull. Our yard has an incredible garden, fire pit and gas bbq. Unfortunately NO more pets. (We are also fragrance free, so no candles, glade plug ins or scented detergent, soaps etc). Nonsmoking household. Feel free to reach out if this is a good fit.

Our family is into clean living, growth mindset. We love to travel and have family and friends who visit us from all over the world.

We both wfh but also love nature and enjoy Seattle life.

We are looking for an ideal fit with someone that wants a peaceful home life in a cozy backyard cabin with full amenities. Our neighborhood is close to Carkeek park and easy access to freeways, but away from the hot messes.

One mile away from Amazon fresh, Sprouts, and other groceries and amenities.

If you’re reasonably tidy and can keep common areas clean, we’d love that. Please, no drama or hard drugs.
