Hot spot for young Professionals! Located in Commons Park west community, backing up to the Platte river, next door to a ton on restaurants, WeWork offices, and a 5m walk to the original Little Man’s ice cream (best location in all of Denver) homelessness is not an issue in the area as it’s situated between two footbridges, one that leads to LoDI and the other to LoHi. There are pop up markets during the first weekend of each month of summer months right on the boardwalk. As for the building itself, it has central heating and AC, washer and dryer in unit, is approx 1100sqft, you would have your own room (of course) bathroom and walk in closet, it has a full kitchen with updated appliances, and a balcony off of the living room. There is a year round pool and hot tub, common area, grill, full gym, private work cubicles, dog washing station, and a separate courtyard.

I am a 23 y/o female professional working for the University of Denver 5 days a week M-F. I work from home W/F and have a 10 pound rat Terrier Dog named Zelda who is my bestie, comes with me to work about 1day/week and is very well trained and behaved. She loves fetch and cuddles. She is pretty friendly so we wouldn’t mind having another animal in the home! I have a small jewelry business that takes up a lot of my time on the weekends, but I love to cook and wouldn’t mind finding someone who likes to cook too so we can swap recipes! I have a few friends in the area and like to go out on the weekends (monthly?/bimonthly?) not every weekend. I love hiking and just picked up skiing, so I keep busy with that too! Overall I’m just looking to find someone who likes to keep busy too!
