Shared space includes two full bathrooms, spacious dining room and living room, and kitchen, as well as basement which includes space to watch TV and relax, including a pull-out sofa (can be available if you have any friends or family visit) and space to workout, as well as a ton of storage. Large, brand new (rebuilt this April 2023) deck as well as patio, outdoor space with grass, and some outdoor space out front.
In beautiful Ednor Gardens, near old Memorial Stadium. Close to Johns Hopkins main campus, Morgan State University. Less than 1 mile to a grocery store (Giant) and less than 1 mile to beautiful Lake Montebello, a gorgeous walking, biking, and running trail. Also easy to get to the county—about 12 minutes to Towson.
Room is about 141 by 115 inches wide (plus a little square space between the door and closet which isn’t included in that count)
