The home is fully furnished, with the exception of the 2 very large rooms/1 attached bathroom being rented. Note: The landlord will conduct a background check and employment verification for any potential flatmates joining me in the home. A total of TWO folks will be living in the home, including myself. No additional pets, unfortunately.

I’m a single professional (high tech software sales), living and loving with my 2, small dogs: CoCo Puff and CoolWhip. We just made the journey back West from the MidWest/East in April 2023 and we are SO IN LOVE with Denver! ❤️ The ideal situation would be to connect with an amazing, laid back flatmate who also hopes to create and grow meaningful and close friendships!
