About the room
The apartment is in a great neighborhood in Providence. Its a 3 bedroom with an open living room, diningroom and kitchen. I work from home in the sun-parlor which is my office. It is a 2nd floor and We are located on the side of an empty Brown University field which is great when living in the city.
About the roomies
I am a very progressive, young at heart 57 year old. I have my large family over for dinner around 1x a month and it gets loud. Other than that it is pretty quiet here. I have a 18 lbs very sweet non shedding golden doodle. Currently, I rent to only 1 other person. the 3rd room could be an office for an extra fee for someone who works from home.
