Private room & bathroom in gated, very safe & quiet complex with gated parking for one of your vehicles. Apartment is on the 2nd story and has a balcony for smoking/relaxing outside with a view of the street. Located in the center of stockton on march lane in between UOP & delta. Room is unfurnished but has a brand new unused twin mattress and box spring. No in unit washer/dryer but I’d be down to buy some with you. The office does have public laundry. Overall very cozy apartment complex and the freeway is easy to get to from here.

I am a laid back 26 year old male that works full time and keeps to myself. I do not live a loud lifestyle and spend most of my time working, going to the gym or relaxing on my computer.
