The property is near the southeast corner of Sloan’s Lake in Denver! It’s a gorgeous area. The lake is perfect for a run, stroll, or bike ride. It’s also only a few miles away from Downtown Denver if that’s more of your vibe. It’s also walking distance from the Broncos stadium. I can hear concerts/events from my roof. I’m totally gonna listen to Taylor Swift’s concerts from the roof since Ticketmaster screwed me and my GF. My place is fully furnished, expect for the open room. All you’d need to bring is personal belongings and we’re good to go. The available room also has a bathroom attached and a nice big closet. You wouldn’t have to share either of them. It’s essentially like a smaller version of a master bedroom. Other benefits include: attached 2 car garage, onsite washing and dryer, and a rooftop patio. Upon moving in, you’d pay 1st month’s rent and a security deposit (also 1 month’s rent). No last required. You’ll also have to pass the usual background check. Move-in date in flexible. Probably late July/early August. Smoking okay OUTSIDE THE HOUSE. Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside. We have a nice little outside patio with a BBQ where you can smoke. Or take it to the roof. Not inside though. No exceptions.

There’s only one other person here: me! My name is Steve and I’m 29. I’m a sports radio producer by day and a gigging musician by night. I work for the radio station that broadcasts the Colorado Avalanche and (YOUR NBA CHAMPION) Denver Nuggets. As you might expect, I’m a big sports fan. I like the Denver teams, except when it comes to NFL. I’m a big Niners fan. As for the Rockies, I’m not really a fan, but who is these days? Between my wild radio schedule and my crazy gigging schedule, I’m not around the house too much during NBA and NHL season. But when I’m around, I like to kick back and listen to music or a podcast, or put on an episode of something goofy (I’m currently on yet another Seinfeld kick). I keep things clean, and run a tight ship in the common areas. No mess in the kitchen. Clean up after yourself. Don’t leave clutter in the sink. Period. Your room can be as messy as you want! Leave it looking like Hurricane Katrina hit for all I care. But keep the shared spaces clean and tidy. I never know how to describe myself for these things. I always sucked at online dating/dating apps. Do I like piña coladas? Or getting caught in the rain? Depends. I’m down to video chat, talk on the phone, whatever. This is a fun place to live.
