Young couple looking for roommate for one bedroom with private bath in Torrance condo available January, 1st.
Monthly Rent: $1000 Deposit: $1000 Includes: 1 bedroom, private full bath, wifi, utilities, full access to kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer, and community jacuzzi/pool.
Lease is month-to-month so no long-term obligations required, although we are ideally looking for someone long term (year or more). No cats/dogs, and non-smokers preferred.
About the roomies
We are clean, respectful, and easy-going and are looking for the same. I work in Finance in Manhattan Beach and my wife goes to college and works in real estate so we are both active during the week and home at night and most of the time on weekends. We love to cook, drink wine, and watch Netflix in our spare time.
