2 bedroom, 2 private bathroom apartment I plan on renting. Internet will be paid for in full by me. We can discuss rent as we move along. There’s a $65 application fee. Pets will require a deposit. No smoking in the building.
Apartment has an in-unit washer/dryer and fitness center. It’s close to plenty of amenities so you’ll likely always have somewhere to hang out if you like to go out.
Will be just me and you living in the apartment. I’m not very social but I’m in no way against having a conversation. As I mostly keep to myself, you likely won’t see me often unless we decide to make friends. Work online so I’ll be home most of the day. Pretty quiet and clean so you won’t have to worry about a gross roommate. I think that’s about it :) but I’m okay with anyone as long as you are responsible, clean, and not overly loud.
