I own a 3 bed/2 bath, single-family home by E. Colonial Dr. and N. Forsyth Rd. in Orlando, FL. It’s pet-friendly in a quiet neighborhood. There’s a bike path at the end of the street that takes you through Blanchard Park and all the way over to Alafaya by the University of Central Florida. Baldwin Park is also right down the street (there’s a dog park by the lake there). I have a two-car wide driveway, a two-car carport, plus curbside parking, so parking shouldn’t be an issue. The backyard is closed in by the surrounding property fences, but I wouldn’t leave any pets unattended. Internet is high-speed, fiber optic and works very well for work-from-home situations. I keep the AC at a cool 76 degrees (it’s Florida, folks).

The available room is the larger of the two rentable rooms and is tiled. Main bathroom will be shared with the other female tenant.

Lease is month-to-month at $600 and covers rent, utilities, and internet. Payment is due on the 1st of each month and is late after the 3rd of the month. Late fee is $35. Other than that, there is no pet fee, move-in fee, or application fee–just first month’s rent upfront after signing the lease.

The other tenant (female) and I (male) are just roommates. We keep to ourselves mostly, but do have conversations from time-to-time in the kitchen. We’re fairly quiet, so you shouldn’t worry about a noisy household. We do dishes either right after cooking or before bed and keep the common areas tidy.
