You will love the peace and quiet living in a great neighborhood. You will have complete access to Kitchen, Living room with 85“ TV. The room has a 44“ smart TV with your own bathroom. You will have full access to all common areas and all appliances including the washer and dryer that are new and a completely new A/C system! 1st and last month’s deposit required. Any overnight guest needs a 24 hour approval from the landlord. You will be responsible for all your own food, toiletries and personal belongs. Early termination of contract to be approved by the landlord in writing. All members of the home are to be responsible for the cleanliness of the common area. No foul language or disrespect will not be tolerated and are grounds for immediate termination of contract.

We currently have no roommates. You will have the house almost to yourself.
