About the room
Private room with a shared bathroom. The room currently has a comfortable queen bed, dresser, and desk. The furniture can be moved as needed. We have a large, fenced in backyard. The house is recently updated with an open living space and wood-burning stove (also has central heating). Friendly dogs are welcome. Non-smoking. Available month-to-month.
About the roomies
There are two of us in the house right now, both working professionals in our 30s. We are both outdoor athletes that love to play outside and take trips around the southwest. The household is relaxed but clean and quiet. We share household tasks evenly. One housemate has a friendly adult dog. An ideal housemate would be accustomed to living with dogs and enjoy a happy dog greeting them at the door :)
