Looking to sublease short term or month to month (preferably from Oct 1, 2023- Jan 31, 2024). I’ll be going on deployment for 6 months. This is the master bedroom in a 3bd2ba townhome located in South Park. It’s the only room upstairs and you have your own bathroom. It’s very private. About 5mins from downtown and 15mins from beaches. All amenities are included in rent. Room and common spaces are fully furnished (washer and dryer included), and will be available to you. My personal belongings will be moved out and cleared with the exception of furniture (if preferred). I’m willing to workout an arrangement with anyone interested in a short term rental. Currently two roomies(myself and my roommate). We’re both in the Navy and work full time. We’re mad cool and get along extremely well. While I’m on deployment, you’ll share the house with just my other roommate, Naj. She’s very sweet, easy going, and extremely clean. We have no pets but are open to hypoallergenic dogs because my roommate is allergic. Looking for someone who respects space(as I’ll be subleasing my room to you) and is clean.
