Hey! I currently live in this condo but my room mate is leaving and would like to find someone to split the lease with me and eventually help me find someone to sublet the 3rd room. The apartment is nice and spacious, has a large garage and plenty parking and overlooks a beautiful garden. The only issue with this place is it is right next to the train tracks so be ready for that.

My name is Nate! I am originally from California but have been working in Vancouver Washington for the past 4 months as a cardiac rehab therapist. I’m a really laid back clean dude who keeps to himself. I love going to the gym, watching movies, reading books and playing video games. I am currently in the process of applying to graduate school.
